Jesus, thank you.
I could try to wrack my brain and search for words that bring reflection. I could try to spell out all you’ve done (that I can see) item by item, but it would be impossible. I could try to bring you some offering in my human efforts that amounts to nothing compared to Your glory.
Since I don’t know how to say what I want to say- I’ll say all I know to say.
Thank you, Jesus.
Jesus, You came and found me in my brokenness, and you lifted me up on your lap and embraced me. There, in that lap, I’ve found my reason for living. Your love continues to transform me.
Thank you for coming to earth in the most humble means possible. Thank you for living your life for the least of these, to show me how to live. Thank you for laying your life down for me and everyone, so that I could have peace with the Father and know you.
Knowing You is the greatest treasure of my life.
Thank you. Thank you for rising again and defeating death. You are my eternal hope.
Thank you, Jesus. I love you.
